Refund — Amount is not refund from past one week

Amount is dedicated in my paytm wallet but not transferred to bank account so please refund my amount immidietly, we need urgent amount we recently add paytm in..

We are already send a massge to paytm in my moblile 6 / 7 times but no replay..
