Refund For Courses Not Provided — Cannot access materials and class times not my selection.

I have been erolled in a program for certification in sec+ and could not access recorded material and provided proof to my bank and Edureka. After not being able to access my account, I was enrolled in an AWS course were I could not attend do to the time difference. i have not been in any class and requested a refund 2x. This is the second time that this company has taken funds.I have contacted the US ATTy General and my banks corporate office as well as legal to recoup my $650 and listed the company as fraudulent. Failure to respond to any of my e-mails or calls to the rep.Failure to provide services. I cannot access the materials needed which is what we pay for.
