Refund — i have booked in irctc app, it was shown that transaction failed but amount (190) was debited in my a/c

I have booked train ticket in irctc app from odc-mas on 21/11/2018.
It was shown that "sercer error" and the ticket was not booked, but the amount of rs.190 was debited from my account. So kindly refund it in my bank account as soon as possible.
My failed transaction id was:[protected].
