Refund — I'm complaining about failed transaction refund claim

Sir, on 19/10/2018 i have went for shopping during that time i have swiped the amount of rs. 24800 it was debited in my account but it was not credited to beneficiary account then again i have swiped same amount of rs.24800 but this time amount was debited and so credited to beneficiary account.. But my money is not refunded still now... I gave complaint in chennai ayyappanthangal branch but still now there is no action has been taken.. Please kindly do the favor for me..
