Refund — My pay amount deducted but not book seasonal ticket

Sir my UTS app Id is [protected] . recently I'm going to book my seasonal ticket and pay through phone pay and amount was deducted and your application show the payment is initiate since 4 days neither my ticket booked nor my paid amount back. what i do plz tell
