On march 8, 2018 i registered for journalism course livewires media insititue. I paid 5000rs for registration and it was refundable as they said. But it has been 2 months since i have requested for refund. Manager of institute is not responding. Wen call in the institute they just disconnect the call knowing my name. Kindly look after my request. I am a single working girl who earns.

I cancelled my ticket on Nov 4
On Nov 6 I received a confirmation mail about refund amount to our bank but I am not receive such credit and 2 nd Nov one of my transaction cancelled amount 970 but amount not credited

amount : 348 and 50 ruppee coupon applied and transaction id:[protected] but still not recharged and amount deducted from bank please help me
