Refund — Refund for PNR - T9S46S & KFU99N

Hello team,

I booked 2 flight tickets from paytm upi id for spice jet flights from pune to delhi and return flight from delhi to pune.

Due to change of timing of flights I cancelled those flights, & spice jet team said I'll get full refund.

I booked flights for 2 passengers
1. Sandesh Siddharam Nanna
2. Revati Mahesh navgire

Pune to delhi PNR - T9S46S (transaction id[protected]
Delhi to Pune PNR - KFU99N (transaction id[protected]

After enquiry with spice jet team they said they already initiated the refund process on 23 may 2023 & I need to contact to agency through which I book tickets.

After several times of contacting paytm customer care number also still issue is not resolved.

Can you help me out this, as soon as possible.
