ACT Fibernet — Refund issue

I have 2 accounts out which one was closed as the service provider could not set up internet connection at my place. So asked us to cancel and we do not need to pay anything. That account was closed, but got emails regarding payment reminder.
As there were 2 accounts, I accidentally paid the bill to the one which was closed. I have asked the customer care on July 4th 2021 and they said they have processed the refund to my act account(I've informed them many times to process the refund to my bank account). I do not see any refund on my account(because there is no such option as far as I see).
Its been a month and I keep emailing them and they say, we are processing and again saying they have processed the refund, which I do not see anywhere(not even on my bank account for the past month till date). The agent called me and closed the request mentioning that it was not regarding a refund and that I'd get a call the same day regarding the refund. No one called me. I even asked their office address at Hyderabad, so that I can physically go there and talk to them. They did not even provide the address. I looked up on google, but the address was not available.
I keep emailing them and it has been going like this since July 1st week. Was this information helpful? |
