Res sir complain against Iqbal sir Mobile_ [protected], [protected] not giving 10000 r fees since 2014.

res sir I paid fees 10000 rs to Iqbal sir in nishita college of engineering Hyderabad. So I have not joined course as per aicte rule he must return money he send original documents in Latur city. He said soon I give 10000 rs. But from 4 year he is playing hide and seek speaking lie, from 4 year I am waiting. So receipt proof I am giving, Whatapp proof giving .He said nothing will happen with complain please take action and fine heavy amount so that he will do any cheating to any students proof I am giving . I am living Pune
