Refund Related Issue With Flipkart — I had cancelled my order of redmi 7 pro mobile but refund not credited

1. I had cancelled the order of a mobile redmi note 7 pro on 03 Jan 2020 but refund of the mobile Rs. 9, 999/- have not creddited in my account till date and flipkart customer service support assistant refused to do that. They told that refund already issued with respect to this i had sent my bank account statement to the flip cart on mail but no fruitful result found.

2. The mobile was ordered ondebit card EMI option and after ordering loan account was setup against my account and EMI of Rs. 682/- was continued deducted from my account till the loan amount ended.

3. Flipkart customer support assistant only told that refund already credited in my account on 03 Jan 2020 but it is no so on.
