Zoom car Booking ID: JPS699F11
I booked a zoom car for 19th March, 7 AM. On 18th March night, I got an update that zoom car is not able to find a vehicle and can't guarantee also. I called the customer care and they said its not possible for them to confirm the booking and told that they will refund the full amount on cancellation. As there was no confirmation, I got it cancelled.
Now it's been more than 40 days, Still the refund is not initiated. Also, Zoom's support is pathetic, they only support till you have the booking with them. After that you can only keep sending mails, but there will be no response.
Please help me in getting the refund.
