I am surprised what kind of services and facilities are providing to the customers by Rengent Honda, Thane. I am not happy with the purchased car from your partner Regent Honda (Thane) is a faulty module as well, Also I have taken up the decision to sell my Honda Jazz MH 43 - 7177 on an online platform and heard from the buyers that my car was flooded?? I haven’t got any claim from ICICI Lombard or Regent Honda then could you please explain me that how your service panel (Honda)/ ICICI site shows my service history as a flooded car, I had a service from Regent Honda (Thane) for drying/ cleaning my carpet and whole amount paid by myself (Rs 1500) so why it shows that my car was flooded ??? I never used that term do you know the exact term for flood affected cars?? Have you heard of any floods this year across Navi Mumbai??? I haven’t benefited from any flood related claims from you or ICICI for your information.
I wanted to sell my car and because of your silly mistake I am not able to sell my car only aged 11 month, as any of buyers are not ready to purchase my car on trusting your panel also I am very much upset that any one can access my detail including my contact/address/car history easily online without my permission??? GDPR issue
I want an immediate action to change the status on your Honda service history panel/ ICICI Lombard history on a high priority basis, if not possible from your end, unfortunately, I have to appeal to the consumer forum with appropriate strict legal action.
