Rehan Refrigeration — not attending complaint

Address: Nagwa, Siddharthnagar, Uttar Pradesh, 272152

My ac is not cooling, complain no [protected] registered on 31st may but service provider rehan is not coming to fix it. Spoke to rehan owner so many times and despite giving assurances several times he did not bother to come to check the issue.
Tried reaching area service manager narendra pal on [protected] repeatedly but he is also not attending calls and neither bothered to call back to check the reason for the calls.
