I have purchased a relaxo bag wenz from kotdwar rs212 showroom on 21/07/2016 th July and with in 2 days bad upper material properly dames, I am very dispress with these type of product from relaxo company
am regular customer relaxo company and good behavior all staff, so i am request QUALITY issues solved

I want to replace my bag
Kindly replace these asap

i am a regurler customer of reloxo foot wear on 6/07/2016 i bought a shoe no bm255 gents 8 tan item no[protected]p3 . a week back my shoe loose all paste of lower portion i show it to your relalxo footwear showroom in udhampur .they give me your web address but due to militancy govt banned all internet so i could not make you my complain they assure me that my shoe will be replaced by the company.the pic of shoe i am sending you my invoice no is 01617R[protected] DATE6/7/2016 .

Last year 2015 in the moth of Aug I bought a shoe for Rs 2200 from relaxo outlet stadium road bareilly. It was told to me that it's pure leather but it s breaker badly and show low quality materials. As it's in guarantee period pls confirm how can I return it as I m posted in rudrapur uttarakhand

I have purchased a shoe sm-247 gents 8 t. Blue/ orange on dated 30/03/2016. But it is torned at the upper front stitching. When i visited the dealer for compensation or rectification he told to visit after few days.In this way he made me visit the shop several times and ultimately he refused to recieve the complain by saying that warranty period is over.
Now pl. Look into the matter and either change my shoe or provide me exact and proper compensation and oblige me.

My self pradeep choudhary from bijnor (u. p.). i went on urs showroom which situated at s. d. puram, bijnor to buy shoes.
But person name davender misbehave rudely with me. which i can not accept.

I would like to highlight an extremely bad experience at one of your out let in faridabad (Shop no. 139, ward no. 8, old faridabad).
On 12th of jun’16, i went there to purchase non-marking shoes for badminton court. I was offered a shoes (Sm228) mentioning it is no mark shoes but when i asked it is not mentioned on the shoes, then i was told that normally it is not there on shoes but it is non-marking only for wooden courts.
Based on the shopkeepers assurance, i bought the shoes but when i started to play on wooden court, the shoes was slipping. I immediately removed the shoes and didn’t play further with the shoes.

2 days later i went to the shop to return the shoes.Initially he didn’t agree to return but finally agreed to return but didn’t pay the money back and asking me to buy some other item for the same amount.
Currently i don’t need any other footwear and request you to refund my money.
Expecting a positive response from your end.

I had purchaged a pair of shoe from airoli relaxo shoe room.
That there was sell. Sells boy told due to old stock we selling in less rate. But product is good and durable. It will work for as new. But within a week shoe got damaged and colour got faded. Then visited to airoli relaxo shoe room, spoke to them, they said can not do anything as it was purchased in sell. If such of products are there with them, why they are selling. They them self shold reject at their end.

We purchased subjected item code from relaxo showroom (Ambala cantt). We felt very happy when we came to know that relaxo showroom is opened in ambala cantt. We visited and purchased subjected item and more from showroom. Date is 8th march. That day billing machine was not working. That guy given hand written bill to us. After one time used that item got color faded and strap also got cracked. Normally we are buying items from bata and liberty. But that day we felt happy coz we got one more option. But we were wrong. Purchased item got faulty after used one time only. M working in it company and my location is amritsar (Punjab). Last week visited showroom in ambala (27-may-2016). They informed us some terms and conditions. And they given us printed bill on stationary. That bill attached for your reference. We got that bill on 27 may where as we bought item in march. This is very bad practice to entertain the customer. We are feeling cheated by relaxo.

I am requesting you to please help to us exchange the same.

i am writing my complaint against your faulted sleppers of new series"BAHAMAS".the date of purchase of this sleepers was 17 april 2016.the complaint was make into consideration to your relaxo store from where it has been purchased.your branch employes are not helping us in this matter.sir we within 18 hrs had complaint about the faulted sleppers but no, such step was taken...after getting enoyed, i very sadly written this complaint.i know this will effect your sale but its the matter of faith on you by the indians...hope that you will read this and make my matter into consideration...so that we can continue shop from relaxo...

I had great faith in Relaxo footwear and bought a pair of Boston Relaxo Black formal shoes (Art. No. - BM - 267) for Rs 1599.00, on 12.11.2015 from Adarsh Nagar outlet. But to my dismay, I had to repair the pair of shoes 3 time in past three months.I am attaching the image of the defective product with this mail.

This problem remained causing me great discomfort. I once again visited the same store, but I was told repair is the only way out. However it is not possible for me to get the defective pair repaired every month.

I am very disappointed with the product that I have bought. I would appreciate if the defective pair is replaced to prevent further discomfort.

Kindly look into it and let me know the contact person with whom I can take this matter up.

I bought sparx shoes from a sparx showroom at rani bagh new delhi.
After 2 or 3 month i realise that there is a pain in my foot because shoe have a defect. My pain is continuously increase because of your shoes.
Please give me any solution.

My name is dr ashok mittal & i m old customer of your product, but this time i bought ladies shoes for wife just last month... after 10 days right shoe show a spot on front of top & after 5-7 days another shoe show similar spot ... then i saw this was not only spot, rather the skin of shoe was peel off and make a hole in upper layer and showing as dark spot which are looks very ugly ...then we went to outlet and they also realized and advised to write up to you...

so i have request to change my article with new one...

I purchase new spark canvas shoes 1month ago from your Relaxo showroom Palwal cost 1200/- . They told me that there is 6 month replacement warrenty of soul of shoes. But there is a creak in soul of my right shoes in just 15 days. So therefore when I went to your showroom for replacing my shoes, but they are telling that manager is not coming from many days and after selling shoes there is no warranty-gaurenty.
I have got a bill of these shoes.

Sir/madam I am a costumer of Relaxo Shoes from my childhood, now I am in College and not able to purchase new shoes, please provide me any solution of my problem as soon as possible.

I will be hirely thankful to you for this.

complaint no 17785 dt 6/10/15 not given moneyback as per thier terms within 15 days will return 100% cash back

they reply sending company for taking action

I bought bathroom sleeper ( FLITE ) on[protected] vide invoice no. 2182 dated[protected] from your exclusive showroom situated at BALTANA, -ZIRAKPUR (Pb.), near "K" AREA ON ZIRAKPUR-SHIMLA highway. On the very first use of above said slipper, it is noticed that right foot of pair got vacuum locked/ sticked strongly with the floor on each step forward which is a manufacturing defect. Accordingly, I approached the showroom officials for replacement on dated[protected] who refused to entertain the complaint and advise me to put my complaint on customer care.
