This complaint is with reference to an ad with Ad id 1465794 which i had submitted to releasemyad on 23.03.2019 to be published in Rajasthan Patrika kota edition on 25.03.2019.
An online payment of rs. 5938/- was made for which i received a email confirmation and also the release confirmation has been provided by them.
But the ad was not published and the amount not refunded despite several complaints over phone and also on the company's website.
The executives agreed that the ad was not published and amount will be refunded within 7 days and this was confirmed to me through support ticket number172649 dated 25/03/2019.
When it is clear that the ad has not been published, is it not imperative for the company to make a refund of the money to their customer. But despite 15 days and so many reminders to their customer care, refund is still awaited. Every time they say that refund will be made by today evening but nothing is done from their end.
It is surprising that releasemyad publish so much open ads to book ads for all leading newspapers in India and still there are so many complaints about bad services, ad misses and refund hassles to customers.
I would highly appreciate if i get a refund of the amount of rs. 5938/- made by me towards publishing my ad in the newspaper. Was this information helpful? |
