When i am looking for a new car insurance, these clickinsurance people called me ans sent the quotation. It was sent multiple times as it has more errors every time.
Finally they promised me with offers and fixed on the insurance amount and taken the amount. Once they got the amount, they are responding the calls nor giving the insurance copy. So many times i called them and they update me that they will send the copy by eod.
Now its nearly 2 months and i am yet to receive the insurance copy. And now they are asking for more money (They have added story of gst) to release it.
Please don't take insurance from clickinsurance. It's just cheating customers Was this information helpful? |
