[Resolved] Reliance Big Tv — Cable Services

I have had a No Signal message on the screen for the last few days. I called Reliance on [protected], and was told that it is not a problem from their end. We were watching the programme and the screen went blank and we got an error message- Error 400- Signal Lost. Now Reliance has booked a technician and are charging me for this. Please let me know what my rights are as I have not done anything to the cables or the card. I have not even touched it and the lady from Reliance is blaming me for the problem.Hope to hear from you soon. My account # is[protected].
