I have recharged 3 times each of Rs 500 into my digital tv account, as per their (reliance digital tv) promotional offer whenever we recharged above 300 Rs we will get Rs 15 as instant cashback. but i didn't get any cashback please resolve this problem My reliance digital tv smart card number is[protected] Was this information helpful? Verified Support Dec 06, 2015 Reliance BigTV Customer Care's response Dear Customer, We regret for the inconvenience caused to you. Instant Cash Back of Rs.15/- on minimum recharge of Rs.300/- or above (which needs to be single and first transaction of the day). The recharge had to be done within 5 days prior to the due date (including due date). Service gets suspended post due date. Regards, Customer Care Reliance Digital TV
