[Resolved]  Reliance Big Tv — Faulty set top box

Smart card number[protected] Consumer name Nikhil Santhakumar Reliance digital services ... Big TV is the worst kind of service i have ever used. The customer care team sucks and the service provided is pathetic. My issues started with shifting the set top box to a new one. Charges incurred is Rs 750. However the set top box has been replaced 5 times within the warranty period of 90 days and now it is still not working from over two weeks . These ppl have the audacity of denying the customer the statement of debits and credits from their accounts too. It's only on their verbal communication do the customer comes to know abt any reversal to their account. I have almost made over 15 calls and spend hours trying to get the issue once and for all. I have finally written to the consumer court so that I can get the reversal of my 750 rs and move to a better service provider . Regards Nayantara [protected] [protected]

Dear. Mr Kalidasan,

Request you to read the mail carefully before replying. I have clearly mentioned that the set top box is again not working since 2 weeks. What's the action taken by u on that.

With reference to my mail I simple get a message to call customer care. That's what I have been doing since June 2015.

Below is the latest complain registered with u.
