My name is Vishnu Prajapati, i buy independent tv setup box from dear and after a day it was not working every time show signal lost. And if I call to customer care then they are not responding proper. Customer service is very poor I am unseticfied with they and with independent tv.
Really they have to improve service and quality also.

I am a consumer of your Indipendent TV since 2 month named Ajay Baliyarsingh and my DTH Sl No is [protected]. I have logged four times in your costume care the attend but no action has been taken yet. After passing of one week of time again I have complaint the signal of my TV has expired when wind blows. It is such a normal thing but no body was come .They don't care the reputation of the company like reliance Jio.In Bhubaneswar the ground staff service is very poor and the complaint receivers are also not attending in correct time.
Using your Indipendent TV from last 3 days.. Now the signal is lost again... I have logged four times in your costume care the attend but no action has been taken yet. no body has come .
