Reliance Broadband — Broadband connection not working since last two days

Hello, My reliance broadband connection is not working since last two days. I'm not getting any signal for LAN connectivity on Modem. I have registered a complaint to your customer care as well. Kindly look into this on priority and fix the issue. My broadband connection is associated with email address [protected]@hotmail.com, and my mobile number [protected].
