Reliance Broadband is the worst company in terms of Broadband Provider and Their Customer Service. These people do not believe in Customer Service at All. Their Complaint Numbers (i.e. Toll Free or any local numbers) will take hours and hours to get in touch with any representative. So you will be increasing your bill. Also if your call gets through they have bunch of illiterate people working there who are not supportive at all. And if you get success in registering your complain, Just wait days and weeks and months to get reply from them. They do not reply to the emails sent on [protected]@relianceada.com or even emails sent to anil.[protected]@relianceada.com.
For Installation they take almost 1 to 2 weeks or sometimes even more. And their representative and higher authorities at local city office give you answer you can expect from a Vegetable vendor on streets. They don't know what the customer service is. It's the problem through out their company like In their call centers, in their local offices, in their online customer service, and their website feedback system. They don't believe in solving customer issues and replying to customer queries or complains.
DO NOT EVER GET RELIANCE BROADBAND. DO NOT MAKE A FOOL DECISION OPTING FOR ANY SERVICE FROM RELIANCE BROADBAND OR ANY RELIANCE SERVICE.
