We have requested for a broadband connection and all the required documents and cash have been paid from the past one month from our side but the process had not been started yet .
We had emailed you many times and also had contacted the concerned person assigned to us for the same but no response have been received yet.
This is highly irresponsible behaviour of Reliance towards the consumer.
