[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — No customer support

Respected team,

I have taken the reliance broadband connection in the month of march or april 2016 not sure as no documents were provided to me at that point of time.

My consumer number is[protected]. Facing intermittent connection or no connection at all since then. No resolution provided in-spite of raising complaints by calling them and moreover if i talk to there technician they says, "pasand nahin aa raha to line katwa do.". They are charging me rs 1000/- per month. No clue how it came.
So please look into this matter on serious note. It is a request to you people. I am ready to pay but need the service un-interrupted.

Updated by Futi Nothing has been done...most pathetic, harrassing and embarassing service provider...I will suggest everyone not to take any service from Reliance Broadband...or purchase anything from Reliance...Most corrupted and idiotic customer service...
