I have complaint many times for broadband not working. They register our complaint but do not react on it. After 24 hours they close complaint without customer confirmation because they say that company always resolve problem in 24 hours. So they close it so that they can say that we have not complints more than 24 hours. My net is off since last 10 days and it occurs in 2 times or three times a month pls suggest
