Hi I'm Srujan Paul K from Chittoor district Andhra Pradesh. I received a call from[protected] on 17th March 2021. offering me personal loan of 3lakh 90 thousand. For processing fee initially they asked me to pay Rs.4999. assured me that if I pay that amount loan will be disbursed in 2-4 working days. Later, they asked me to pay for loan insurance Rs.21000. I paid it to their given account. Later again I received mail fro United Bank of India saying that to disburse the loan amount I have to pay 2 advance EMI Rs 15628. I paid to reliance account. Again received call from a person called Vikas from loan department banker asking me comission if I pay it within half an hour loan will be disbursed I paid Rs. 9000. No response from him or the Reliance capital Associate Mr.Rajeev. Later Mr.Rajeev said that UTI banker got covid. So, ..my file is transferred to HDFC Bank. for loan disbursement I need to pay banker's comission 9000. But I paid Rs.4000. Again Mr.rajeev went on leave and Mr.Rihaan Khan took my file . Later inspire of so many calls and follow ups I didn't get response. Mr.Rihaan khan said that, and for that I need to pay loan processing fee Rs.7800 to HDFC Bank. I transferred to reliance account and my loan will be disbursed in 1-2 hours. Next day Mr Rihaan khan associate from him no response or from the company I have sent mails but No reply and also blocked my phone numbers. Even if I call from another number they are not connecting. Total amount I paid so far Rs.62, 427/- I requested for refund also, ... No response. I feel like I have been cheated.
