i have called to Reliance customer care executive and asked about roaming voucher. They informed me about 54 rs voucher with outgoing call @ 35 paisa/mint. So i recharged from a shop. But i didn't get the benefits as told by the customer care executive, do not even get any balance also. I called 3 times but every customer executive said that system up gradation is going on for more than 4 hours of time. So please look into the matter immediate effectively, i need strong legal action. Please help me while getting refund of my 54 rs or activate roaming plan and do not entertain such kind of customer care executive
