Since last 2-3 months I've not been receiving hard copy of my monthly bill [of Reliance Data Card] on my Billing Address. There has been no intimation from Reliance about why they suddenly discontinued sending the hard copies of the bill and that too without even informing and besides my regularly paying bills every time. Since yesterday, I made nearly 5 calls to customer care and first I was told that they can't check the processing status of my last bills due to some problem at their end and I should call them again in 1 hour. I again called repeatedly but nobody picked up my call.
Since morning, I made couple of calls again but every time someone asks me about my concern and tells me to wait. Every time the call is disconnected instead of putting on hold and my complaint remains unanswered. They have not replied to my complaint e-mail either.
I immediately need hard copies of my monthly bills from October, 2014 onwards. Here's my billing address that's registered with them:
