Hello I received a call from one of the customer care representative, but he is not understanding the case and repeated speaking the same thing.
Also he said he will check and call me back, but he didn't. To summarize once again, i've cleared my Sep'14 bill and requested for the termination on 12th of Sep'14 since my bill date was on 14th of Sep'14. But the connection was not de-activated and i received another bill on 14th of Oct'14 for which i raised an SR request on 25th of Oct'14. When i ask for termination why am i billed again?
This has to be escalated to the higher official and or even to TRAII as they are cheating customers in the name of Service.

Hello, still no action taken on my complaint and it seems that a demand notice has been sent by Reliance communication.
Should i take any legal action against Reliance communication as my complaints weren't resolved and i've been sent demand notice?
