[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — deduct money after starting a service without request

On 25 august 2017 they deduct rupees 45 via service known as gamesonsub45 at 6:30am for a service which was not requested by me on mobile number [protected]. They have started it without my request... Customer care is not attending call... Kindly instruct them to refund my money with compunsation... I also tried to attach the sms send by them. But could not loaded.. Kindly do the needful sir... Thanking you
