I am finding it impossible to deal with reliance communication.
I had a rs 999 unlimited 3g data wipod connection. My consumption was nearly 20gb per month. Reliance changed to 4g and, like a fool, i bought the new wi-pod by paying rs 899. A few days back i received a bill for rs 2714 (4g started 3 days back and is worse than 3g). The summarised bill is for rs1414 so how the final bill is 2714 is a big mystery. I must have sent atleast half a dozen emails (Ringing them up is frustrating) to the customer service asking for a detailed explanation of the bill. The emails received from them asks for a new data every time. Finally, i have asked them to close my account to which they are yet to reply. How does one deal with this company? I have same 4g datacard connection which was migrated from 999 wipod plan. Speed is damn slow. You can't event open speedtest.net to check speed. Pathetic customer service.
