Reliance Communications — jio phone

I have booked phone on 24/08/2017, at 7pm. I got debit message from pragathi krishna gramina bank for rs. 500. But did not get any confirmation message from reliance jio.

Mobile number given is [protected]

In process, it showed transaction successful and transaction id is null.

So, not sure whether phone booked. If not how to get my money back?
