I have a complain against Gajanan for cheating, abating, false promise, carelessness and keeping customer in dark while selling a RELIANCE COMMUNICATION Broadband connection.
Dec 1st 2014 -Gajanan from Reliance collected documents with Check (Receipt No [protected]) for a Broadband connection with phone line. - He promised to provide modem and phone instrument. - He promised to provide the connection next day or latest day after tomorrow.- He also confirmed that he will come for the installation
Dec 2nd 2014 - No activation yet. I called him late evening. He said some delay and would be done next day.
Dec 3rd 2014- No connection. I called him. He said he needs more time. - I told him to AT LEAST call and inform if there is delay.- I was very upset that HE DOES NOT EVEN BOTHER TO CALL CUSTOMER.
Dec 4th- No call from any body to update on the status.- I called Gajanan who DID NOT PICK UP THE PHONE
Dec 5th- Check encashed. No call from Gajanan as if he does not bother. HE DID NOT EVEN PICK UP MY CALL.
Dec 6th- I called Ashish (who I first contacted on Dec 1st for a new connection) and updated him that connection is pending. He was surprised. He promised to do first thing in the morning. After several phone call and WHEN I LITERALLY SCREAMED, he came in the afternoon and just laid the wire. He left without connection and said he
will come in an hour.
Dec 7th- No connection and no response.
Dec 8th- I called and literally pushed to install the service.- After several phone calls, Ashish came with Prakash tried to start but did not succeed. He said some problem.- Both of them left without the service being started.- Prakash was rude and was not responding properly and was little careless. - They did not bring the phone instrument.- When I asked for the phone instrument, Ashish told that they have left in Viman Nagar and will come in 2 hours and left.Both Ashish & Prakash was giving vague answers.- They left without installing the connection.
Dec 9th- No response either from Gajanan/Ashish.Contacted customer care, cancelled the request for connection.
Dec 10th- Response from customer service to reconsider my decision and they promised to check and respond.
Dec 15th -No response from customer service Gajanan calls to check the status.
SUMMARY OF CASE- No connection was provided as promised. No phone instrument was provided as promised.Not a single call from any body updating on delay in connection. Not a single call from Gajanan who made many promises while selling the connection.Many follow up calls made to to start the service.Does not pick up phone calls.Gave many promises to start the service and kept us waiting.
It is so sad that sales people like Gajanan from reliance are so IRRESPONSIBLE and does not care the customer. There are many false promises made in the process.RELIANCE, such a LARGE AND PROFESSIONAL COMPANY that people know but the name is being spoiled by few people like GAJANAN AND ASHISH.
I request the company to look in to the matter and take serious action against these people for CHEATING, FALSE PROMISE, LYING.Note:
While I have sent an email on 9th to cancel the new connection request, Neither I have received any communication regarding the same nor my money is refunded.
