[Resolved] Reliance Communications Ltd — Advance Monthly Charges

I am Post paid consumer of Reliance communications since a long, since inception they are charging me a advance monthly rental from my monthly bill, last week i visited thier office to convert it prepaid service. But they asking me for next 15 days rental which i have charged already from my monthly bill. my billing date is 25 to 25th of every month they have already charge me advance rent in my bill till 25th Dec 2014 then why i should pay next 15 days rent ?
