[Resolved]  Reliance Communications Ltd — Miscommitment

Recently a sales representative of Reliance Communications Mr.Biki Shaw approached me & requested for a reliance cdma postpaid phone connection with a good number i.e. [protected] @ Rs.850/- per month with unlimited phone calls (Local or STD) to any network and collected my KYC documents, a passport size photograph along with a cheque of Rs.850/- on 29/12/2014 and on 01/12/2014 provide me a sim card & a Reliance handset and again collected Rs.1399/- by cash assuring me that my will be activated with in 2 hrs. his manager Mr.Abhishek Das also assured me that my no. would be activated within 2 hrs.but till now my no.is not activated.Further when I am trying to call over phone they are not responding and also not answering my e.mails.
