I Anurag Ralhan, service number-[protected] want to express my strong dissatisfaction with the wrongful and misleading ways to deceive customers.
I have been charged wrongly since yesterday for every single sec. from above mentioned service number. I did try to call customer care but it is coming busy since yesterday. Finally, I have tried written chat option on your portal, where I have been told by your rep. named Shabnam that there are some black out days where they charge at base rate. I have not been notified about any such change in call value. I was using local call pack of Rs73 validity 180 days, I thought it's been finished or so I have bought another Rs 73 local pack validity 180 days but result was same as I have been charged again at base rate.That means I have paid another Rs73 for nothing just because of lack of communication or misleading intention of Reliance Communications. Customer Rep. Shabnam neither understood whole issue nor tried to help me with any resolution and finally closed her chat room without any reply.I have full chat history as legal proof. Again after 15th November-18th November Reliance Com system upgrade or system breakdown, this was your another jolt without any advance notification. I have been told that company has sent sms reg. Black out info., If that is true why are they hesitating to show sender reports generated at their end.
I would like to bring this issue to the notice of TRAI that this kind of rulthless and meaningless service should be scrutinised.
