Hello, I am again sending you reminder mail regarding of non recharge of my reliance no. [protected]. Its a delhi number. I recharged on 31st december 2014, with your plan of 599. But its been 2 days now and recharge had not happened but my payment has been done. I recharged with your official reliance communication website. I am not understanding why you people are not giving my benefit. Your customer care number never response. I am really fed up with your service. Never expected from organization like reliance. I am hoping you sort out my issue. I am attaching the receipt which i received from your side. Kindly process it as soon as possible.
