I have bought Reliance 3G dongle for 1599 and I have activated 3001 life time plan (that is each month I will get 1GB data till 2024) but last three months I can't able to use my 3G dongle. Your customer support team aborted my call twice. I got really irritated upon your service team.I have invested (1599+3001=4600). So pls give me proper response.

Reliance Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
They are doing this fraud to everyone. I have terminated the netconnect number [protected] on 18th june 2016 and confirmed the termination by calling their customer care (call recording available). One month later, i got a bill with a different tariff plan for my terminated number . When I call the customercare asking this they will disconnect the call & billing section will call us daily for paying the bill generated after deactivation .Fraud management, Fraud cutomercare.. TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY
Thousands of poor people are being harassed and cheated by Reliance . We should unite and move together against this FRAUD COMPANY .
