Complaint marked as Resolved I got a call from Reliance Communications to resubmit my documents, i.e., Photo ID and Address proof at the nearest Reliance Store and get the SIM activated in no time. However, I have switched to another operator and I am highly satisfied its services. I no longer wish to use the Reliance Communications SIM or any other of its services. Its due to the fact that when you get a SIM, you want to use it as soon as possible, instead of waiting for weeks to just get it activated.
My overall faith in Reliance Communications has greatly diminished and I don't want to avail any of its services, now or in the future. I want to warn all my friends out there who just try and get a SIM Card and thereafter, are frustrated by its poor services. All I want to say is think twice before trying to buy a Reliance Comm SIM Card. All that glitters isn't gold. I don't want anyone else to face the same inconvenience as I did.
Reliance Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
