I was using the Wi fi connection fine with CDMA. My data usage is low and i never faced any issues with over usage of data.
Since about a month Reliance forcefully upgraded the dongle to 4G
Since then i am facing severe issues with data limit. 3 GB of data gets expired almost in 5 days. I cannot understand when the same plan used to last entire month earlier how come the data is expired so soon after migrating to 4G.
On top of that they simply disconnect the connection once data limit is crossed. There is no option to buy top up plans or extend the usage. There is also no option to downgrade speed and continue using the internet for rest of the billing cycle.
Pathetic service as i am clueless why the data expires so soon and i am bound to stay without a connection after the data expires and till next billing cycle.
Looking out for options and will have to discontinue the services soon. Was this information helpful? |
