I had given the request for termination of my broadband connection on 8th August and 11th August and the request no. is as follows :

First request got closed automatically by your side and the second request is not yet processed. I even called customer care[protected] times and every time they told me that they will arrange the call or the connection will be terminated with in 7 days but it has been 1 and half month no action has been taken on my request. This is the height of my patience being tested. I even have 10 - 12 phone recordings of my conversations with your customer care officials. So now what should i do either should i go to consumer forum or you people are going to take some action. My subscriber ID is[protected].
