I have received this email for a connection I had closed in 2013. I do not see the point of getting this now and would request Reliance authorities to refrain from stating blatant lies i.e. "informed time and again" and "duly received by you".
I sent several emails to reliance support and tried to reach them by their official Facebook account but didn't got any response.

I will highly appreciate if you can use my email for the communication so i can have a track of request if required.
This is the last day of notice and i am afraid when you guys are going to resolve this issue.
They are doing this fraud to everyone. I have terminated the netconnect number [protected] on 18th june 2016 and confirmed the termination by calling their customer care (call recording available). One month later, i got a bill with a different tariff plan for my terminated number . When I call the customercare asking this they will disconnect the call & billing section will call us daily for paying the bill generated after deactivation .Fraud management, Fraud cutomercare.. TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY

Thousands of poor people are being harassed and cheated by Reliance . We should unite and move together against this FRAUD COMPANY .
