I applied for the reliance jio sim i got coupon code and when so went to reliance digital store at my place they said that coupon code is already redeemed and i personally not given the coupon code to any one and i asked what the problem is they said they don't know and they don't even care i asked its your job to answer us hland he said they are getting paid tois to sell electronic not for distributing sims and suggested me very gently to contact costumar care its happed last week since then i contacting jio costumar care but they not responding i tried through phone, email and twitter surprisingly in twitter every complaint been answered besides this coupon redeemed complaints i just want to know is some one taken sim on my coupon code or its problem with boo service
