Please note I have not received any formal communication on this.
On calling the legal firm who had sent the notice, they had assured that the said outstanding amount shall be waived off however we not received any formal communication to that effect.
On the other hand we are continuously getting calls reminding about payment of so called outstanding dues.
Please co-ordinate internally and give us written confirmation for waiver of all outstanding dues and final closure of our account.
World appreciate if complains are not closed without being resolved like it was done last time.
