UPEOPLE R GAVING ME 2 KBPS SPEED.IF YOUR SITTING THERE IN A ACROOM THAT IS OUR MONEY..WE ARE RECHARGING EVERY MONTHBUT U NOT GAVING ANY BENEFITS...IAM USING POST PAIDCONNECTION 999 PLAN...BUT NOW I DECIDE TO CHANGE DISCONNECT..BECAUSE THESPEED IS VERY DULL AND THE TOWER IS ALSO VERY WEEK.MAKING MONEY ISVERY HARD, ..GAVE MANY COMPLAINTSAROUND 1 YEAR..I GAVE MANYCOMPLAINTS REGARDING THIS TO UR CUSTOMER CARE ..they r totallywaSte...BECAUSE THEY WILL ASK 2 DAYS TO RESOLVE THEPROBLEM.They r totally waste .they tk a complaint and said that urproblem will b solved within 2 days…so I asked them is it possible toreduce the bill for 2 days..they replied no no..u want to pay forthat…So if the problem solved I can use only two days …then again oldsituation…iam facinbg the problem around 1 year….gave a lot offcomplaints ..but no use…..its better to use sim…I gave a complaint to ur nodal office too..but NO USEv don’t have any money trees in our house .you peoples only wantmoney…EVERY MONTH CHENNAI WALA BOBAN MATHEW WILL SEND BILL TO US..THATMAN DONT NO THE CUSTOMER IS GETTING GOOD SPEED OR NOT..u don’t carecustomer satisfication or others...WE DONT HAVE ANY MONEY TREES IN OUR HOUSE...FINALLY I WANT TO ASK U WHEN MYPROBLEM WILL B SOLVED or can i approach CAG????????????????I CANT WAITMORE TIME .IF NOT THEN I DONT WANT ANY POST PAID...MY PHONE NUMBER[protected] AND [protected]...I GAVE MANYCOMPLAINTS REGARDING THIS TO UR CUSTOMER CARE AND TO UR NODAL OFFICETOO..BUT THEY R USELESS..BOTH KNOW ONLY ONE MANTRA —YOUR PROBLEM WILLBE SOLVED WITHIN 72 HOURS…REPEATATION MANTRA -- YOUR PROBLEM WILL BESOLVED WITHIN 72 HOURS--- YOUR PROBLEM WILL BE SOLVED WITHIN 72HOURS-----OUR TECHNICAL TEAMS R WORKING BECAUSE THEY WILL ASK 2 DAYSTO RESOLVE THEPROBLEM..I
