[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Sending unnecessary bill

We have two dongles of reliance communication cdma service.
The company has stopped cdma services. And still sending us the bill.
When we enquired to their call centre they told us that they are giving us the bill for 4g. However we never have applied for 4g services.
We have never given any permission written or verbal which may imply that we want to use their 4g services.

Reliance Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
They are doing this fraud to everyone. I have terminated the netconnect number [protected] on 18th june 2016 and confirmed the termination by calling their customer care (call recording available). One month later, i got a bill with a different tariff plan for my terminated number . When I call the customercare asking this they will disconnect the call & billing section will call us daily for paying the bill generated after deactivation .Fraud management, Fraud cutomercare.. TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY
Thousands of poor people are being harassed and cheated by Reliance . We should unite and move together against this FRAUD COMPANY .
