I had used reliance mobile broadband connection no[protected] for which I requested disconnection on 22nd Aug 2016 and the same was confirmed over the phone that services will be disconnected within 7 days. I was told by Customer care executive to clear current outstanding which I cleared on 22nd Aug 2016 . However I have been receiving bills after bills since then. I have not used the services after 1st July 2016.
I called reliance customer care executives on 22nd of Aug regarding the last bill and i told them that i have relocated from Delhi to Ghaziabad. So i don't want to continue reliance broadband service. They said just clear the last outstanding of Rs 1134 and it will be deactivated. I called them four times on that day (Interaction Id's [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]) but suddenly today on 28th Sep 2016 i got a call from reliance and they said your last bill is generated and you have to pay this even you are not using it.
I called them again on 28th of Sep (Interaction Id- [protected], [protected]) and now they are saying yes you called us on 22nd of Aug but those calls were regarding your bill not for deactivation or termination of the services. Today again i requested to close the connection but i don't thing they will close it.
It's highly unprofessional. It's showing that your customer care executives are sleeping on duty they didn't listen anything and write whatever they want. Please remove this kind of staff it will be beneficial for you and for existing customers as well. Was this information helpful? |
