Many people faced the issue while claiming the product into Extended warranty at #Reliance #reliancedigital . one of the Branded stores.
They said at the time of purchase of products on date 3rd of May and the extended warranty said any issues occurred in the product they would repair/replace the product.
No one was told at the time of product terms and conditions at the store.
When the product is not repairable they need to replace it but are denied replacement options,
Now they are offering me like they will refund EXTENDED WARRANTY AMOUNT 1499 Is this kind of fraud with customers? Also, they said they would refund 40 % of the product's net purchase value. And they will take the product in custody of #reliance.
How fair is this?
I asked the many people who are in my contact and purchased from Reliance even though they also faced the same issue while claiming. That means no use of that extended warranty is the waste of time and money
On 26 march am raise complaint That for cooling issue.
From last 5 - 8 days they are like we can not do or ignoring the customer consern
Though my product was in warranty they took the service charges of 472 rs
And technician told cooling coil is bitten by rat. But I don't see any rat at my home.
I have doubt How how can rat bite the coil means that quality is low.
Product is not went through quality assurance.
This happens with me 2nd time when they denied
Am one of those who is facing the issues while claiming the product in an extended warranty.
