Reliance Digital Guntur — Received Fault AC When approached no resolution given

We purchased Hitachi AC 1.5 ton 3 start from Guntur reliance digital, lakshmipuram. AC deployed and installed on March 1, 2020 after using for one day then AC went to non working condition. After several calls and emails, people of reliance digital came to house on 10 June, 2020 and took AC (indoor and outdoor) units for testing and returned on 13 June 2020 saying that gas leak in outdoor unit. They said like they will bring gas next day and fix it. But today 16 June 2020 nobody revert from reliance digital. Today when we went asked about the issue they assured false promise that they will come in an hour and fix. If these people mainly the store manager named Venkatesh at reliance digital and service manager Rajesh are giving fault product with false promises then how could common man will bear this. No justice is provided to my old parents till for whom we bought a AC.

Please take action on these people and also the reliance digital head and customer support head to whom we sent many emails regarding the same.
Nobody gave resolution whether replacing the product nor refund.
