I bought a New HP 14s series laptop from Reliance Digital Kharghar Navi Mumbai showroom on 26/07/2022, details are given below and got very good treatment during the purchase of the product.
After coming back home from the showroom, Windows was not working properly and I was not able to login into the system.I was so scared and went back to showroom on 27/07/2022 for the resolution but no one assist me and one of the salesperson told me that we are not capable enough to resolve your issue, we are only doing sales from here and we are not here to resolve any issue after sales closure.He advised me to go to the any laptop service center.I was so frustrated that this has happened with me and my new laptop.
Anyways, I had lodged a complaint on HP customer care with case ID "HP Case Number: [protected] CRM:[protected]" on 27/07/2022 but couldn't get any resolution on the same.However, i called again customer care multiple times today (30/07/2022) but got the disappointment only.HP customer executive said i have sent your query to agency named Mphasis (Vashi) but while called aganacy, they said i didn't receive your complaint.
I am becoming Pendulum in all these scenarios and having mental harassment.
I would request all you senior members that, please ask Reliance digital showroom to change my faulty laptop and give replacement.I did not expect this kind of behavior from Reliance digital and HP, as i am a regular customer of yours.
